More kettlebells. That would be the restroom door at the very far end, just past the rope and the pull-up bar.  Yes, you can do those here too!  If you can't do them, maybe we should start you with something easier, and work up to it?  Yep, we can do that.

The business end of rope. Yes.  You can use these.  We can show you how, and you will gain strength, endurance, coordination and a healthy respect for anyone who's ever hauled rope for a large boat.  With proper adult supervision of course.
